Manager & Creator

With a love for the natural world, Jackie specializes in handcrafted wire-wrapped jewelry with a sustainable focus. She earned her degree in Environmental Science studying Ecology and Environmental Asssessment. While working on her degree she helped conduct systematic research on the control of microplastics in freshwater bodies. This further motivated her to pursue her hobby full-time into what is now Twisted Cypress Co. Her goal is to create curated wire-wrapped jewelry from primarily recycled, repurposed, and secondhand materials intercepting beautiful pieces from ending up in landfills and our waters.

Passionate about the natural sciences and the beauty of the creative mind, Amber’s intention is to build community around prioritizing self-expression, sustainability, and queer identities. They have an extensive background in biology and gender studies with hopes of highlighting the fluidity between ourselves and nature.
